18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All persons who appear in any visual content on this platform were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content produced by No Filter are maintained by the Custodian of Records.

For content uploaded by third-party creators, each creator is responsible for maintaining their own 2257 compliance records. As part of our creator verification process, we require all creators to confirm they maintain compliant records and that all persons depicted in their content are 18 years of age or older.

Age Verification

No Filter employs a multi-layered age verification system:

• Users: Must confirm they are 18+ during registration. Additional verification may be required.
• Creators: Must submit government-issued photo ID that is verified before any content can be posted. We verify: legal name, date of birth, photo match, and document authenticity.
• Content: All individuals appearing in content must be 18+. Creators must maintain records demonstrating compliance.

FOSTA-SESTA Compliance

No Filter has zero tolerance for content involving sex trafficking or the exploitation of minors. We actively monitor our platform and cooperate fully with law enforcement. We employ automated detection tools and human review to identify and remove prohibited content.

GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to object to processing

CCPA Compliance

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete data, and the right to opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information.

PCI DSS Compliance

All payment processing is handled through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Content Moderation

We employ a combination of automated tools and human moderators to ensure platform compliance. Content that violates our terms is removed promptly, and repeat offenders are permanently banned.

Law Enforcement
