By accessing or using No Filter ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain the security of your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may terminate your account if we determine you are under 18. All creators must undergo identity verification before posting content.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on new subscriptions.
All charges appear as "NF Media" on your billing statement.
Creators retain ownership of their content. By posting, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote their content within the Platform. Creators receive 80% of subscription revenue. Payouts are processed weekly with a minimum threshold of $20.
All content must comply with applicable laws. Prohibited content includes: content involving minors, non-consensual content, content depicting violence or harm, content that violates intellectual property rights, and content promoting illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these standards.
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or threaten others; share or redistribute paid content; create multiple accounts; use automated tools to access the Platform; impersonate others; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
Some creators use AI-powered messaging. These messages are generated by artificial intelligence configured by the creator and may not represent real-time communication. By engaging with the messaging feature, you acknowledge this.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by No Filter and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of subscriber content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No Filter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
